The staff was extremely friendly and amicable and we will definitely go again next time. Great value for money, and the services were great. The hotel was in a central location especially down by the river. Besides, it was next to the shops, the main shopping centre and eateries and main shopping center.

With rainfall showerheads that made each shower feel like a tropical downpour, it was almost like being serenaded by nature itself, if only the birds could sing in harmony with the soothing water. The complimentary toiletries, much like a delightful surprise party, added that extra touch of comfort.

The bed was hard and the door had a wide gap causing cold air to enter. It would have been helpful if the door had a better fitting, a weather strip at the bottom, and a handle on the outside to lessen noise when guests leave the room.
